亲爱的各位老师，同学们：

大家上午好！我们是来自高一（1）班的喻千惠和惠方圆。今天我们演讲的主题是让法永驻心中。

同学们，健全的法律是一个国家长久治安、稳定和谐的先决条件。任何人都要知法、学法、守法，都不能置身于法律之外，更不能凌驾于法律之上。作为我国社会主义现代化建设事业的接班人，应以青春之你我，共创法制之校园。作为一名合格的高中生，学习法律是现实社会所必需的。借此机会，我特别向同学们提出几点要求：

首先，我们应该通过学习，增强自己的法律意识和法制观念，知道什么是违法行为，什么是犯罪行为，自觉用法律来规范自己的行为，营造一个良好的法治社会。

其次，我们应该自觉遵守校规，提升法制观念。做文明学生，就要从小事做起，从身边事做起。用校纪班规约束自己的行为，做到严格遵守，增强我们的法治意识。

同学们，让我们从小事做起。汇溪流以成大海，积垒土方成巍峨。让尊法、守法、用法成为一种修养、一种品格、一种文化，成为我们的习惯，让法制意识根植于心，让法制观念常伴左右。

Dear teachers and students，

good morning, everyone! We are Yu Qianhui and Hui Fangyuan from class 1 Grade 1  of high school. The topic of our speech today is letting law staying in our heart forever.

Students, a sound law is a prerequisite for a country's long-term security, stability and harmony. Everyone  needs to know the law, study the law, and abide by the law .nobody can be outside the law or let alone be above the law. As the successor to the cause of socialist modernization in our country, we should create a legal campus with our youth. As a qualified high school student, studying law is necessary in the real world. I take this opportunity to make a few special requests to the students:

First of all, we should strengthen our own legal awareness and concept of legal system through study, know what is illegal and what is criminal, consciously use the law to regulate our behavior, and create a good society under the rule of law.

Secondly, we should consciously abide by the school regulations and improve the concept of the legal system. To be a civilized student, one must start with the small things and the things around them. Use school discipline and class rules to restrict our behavior, strictly abide by it, and enhance our awareness of the rule of law.

Classmates, let us start with small things. The confluence of streams becomes the sea, and the accumulation of earth becomes towering. Let respect for the law, observance of the law, and usage become a kind of cultivation, a kind of character, a kind of culture, and become our habits, let the legal consciousness root in the heart, and let the legal concept always be with us.
